Job description & Responsibilities

- Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
- Develop annual sales strategy and goals
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
- Collaborate with sales leaders
- Maintain responsibility for the performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
- Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
- Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
- Continually analyze the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish a sales reporting framework.
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
- Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals
- Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
- Maintain acceptable profit margins
- Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of experience in Sales Manager or relevant fields Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Strong communication skills Experience working with a team.
